Your order will be delivered to you for R35 anywhere in South Africa. Your order will take +-5 working days to arrive and will be delivered via the post office. (To your postal address or your nearest post office.) You will be able to track your order on the South African Post Office website.

Courier Service South Africa (Recommended)
You can choose a courier service option which comes at an extra charge of R75. Your order will take 2-3 days to arrive, unless you stay in an outlying area in which it may take an extra day or two to arrive. With this option your order will be delivered directly to your physical address and can be tracked online. Ultimate Exotics uses a secure credit card system supplied by PayGate for processing credit cards. All credit card payments are processed by PayGate. We do not store any credit card numbers.
Ultimate Exotics prides itself ensuring that our animals that we sell are all top quality captive bred animals that have been raised and cared for correctly in the best possible way. This ensures that our customers always know that when buying from Ultimate Exotics that they are getting the best quality and well cared for animals.
All pictures on the site are a direct reflection of how the animals that you are buying will look, as we have many animals of each morph the animal in the picture might not be the exact animal we send you but it will be almost identical. For customers wanting a picture of the exact animal that is being sent please contact us at Ultimate Exotics and we can send you a picture of the animal.
We take care of the shipping of our animals and will make sure they get to you safely. Our terms are easy. If the animal arrives dead please send us picture proof within the first 24 hours. After proof is sent and accepted we will send you a full refund of your money (shipping is not included in this), or a replacement animal if you see fit.
Guarantees: There is a 72 hour guarantee on all animals; if for any reason you are not satisfied, get in contact with us via e-mail within the specified amount of time to get a full refund or replacement of your choice. Freeze or photograph any dead animals, as we may need proof to verify any problems. If we do not hear from you in 72 hours, we will assume you are happy with your animals. Live arrival of healthy animals is guaranteed.
International Orders: Overseas orders are welcomed by us, however we do have a minimum of a 1000USD order for all international shipments. For overseas orders there are several additional fees that will apply.
Purchaser Agreement and Responsibility: Before a purchase is made, it is the buyers responsibility to check with their local authorities whether it is legal, to keep the animal they intend to purchase, in their province. Ultimate Exotics will not be held responsible for any legal action taken against any of their customers for keeping exotic pets illegally in their province.
We pride ourselves on providing you with a highly satisfying online shopping experience. If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase you are welcome to return it to us within 14 days of purchase for a complete refund or exchange for the item/s. This excludes shipping and delivery costs for any freight incurred at purchase.

We do not keep your credit card details on file. In fact, your credit card details are never actually seen by human eyes which ensures the whole process is completely risk free.
If you do not have a credit card or would not like to pay using a credit card you can choose the Pay now via EFT or Bank Deposit option. All you have to do is deposit the money into our bank account and as soon as we receive the funds your order will be sent to you immediately. Please see our banking details below.
