Refunds

Once the returned product has been received, Ultimate Exotics will process the applicable refund without unnecessary delay.

Refunds exclude the original shipping and delivery costs incurred when the order was placed.

Exchanges

Eligible products may be exchanged within the 14-day return period. Please contact us before returning the product so that we can assist with the exchange.

Additional delivery charges may apply when sending a replacement product to you.

Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and an explanation of the problem so that we can investigate and assist you.

Livestock Concerns

Ultimate Exotics guarantees the live arrival of healthy animals.

If an animal does not arrive safely or you have concerns about its condition upon arrival, please contact us immediately. Livestock concerns are handled separately from ordinary product returns because of the specialised care and transport requirements involved.
